I may be new to this business of delivering a deep green building, but I was given a slice of reassurance pie relating to the current state of the project today courtesy of an unexpected comment from Vedran, the building architect.
A few weeks ago, Shafraaz (Project Architect) called and asked if he could give me a tour of the Mosaic Centre site. He had caught wind that I hadn’t visited once since construction had begun (we were over two months in!), and thought that was a little weird. Quite frankly, I thought it strange as well, and wasn’t sure myself why I had been procrastinating the first visit.

Today was COOOOOOOL! I was running out of one meeting to head into the WebEx conference call with Shafraaz, Christy and Dennis. I was at the University and sat down at a bus stop to see what the plan was. Shafraaz asked if I got his invite, I did on my phone so instead of pulling out my computer and tethering my phone for internet, I looked for a WebEx app.
